Their host, Alfred, insisted that everyone join in an elaborate role-playing game. The VILLA was the perfect place for it, and everyone loved Alfie and his cleverness. Nevermind that their teeth would chatter and that going out in the wet, chilly spring weather would be difficult. It would be a wild lark and that was all that mattered.
